Our Lady of Peace was created in 1986 as the three historic Ironwood parishes of St. Ambrose, St. Michael's, and Holy Trinity consolidated. A new era for the Catholic people of Ironwood began. Since 1986 we have expanded our site facilities with the addition of the St. Joseph Room and the renovation of the church nave. Our Lady of Peace is a Catholic Community of compassionate, welcoming, and Spirit-filled people. Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel in Work, Sacrament, and Faith to serve all people in Christian Love.
Grounded in heritage; reaching out with the love of Jesus. Regular Sunday Worship Service is at 10:00 A.M. For special service times, and for information regarding Bible study classes and Christian Kid's Club, please follow our FaceBook page. Our new website is under construction and should be going live soon! Pastor Keith Mullikin is in his Wesley Ironwood office on Wednesday and at the Wakefield United Methodist on Thusday. The present Wesley United Methodist stone church building was constructed in 1910, and is home to an unaltered 3/23 M.P. Moller pipe organ, #8259, installed in 1951.
